Help us in congratulating the Class of 2025 Academic Top Ten. This is a great honor for all ten of our students. It has taken countless hours of studying, homework, planning, and schoolwork to achieve high GPA averages, grades, and test scores. All of these students took initiative in their education, with many of them taking Dual Enrollment classes, completing work-based learning placements, and attending the Saginaw Career Complex, while always striving to further their learning. These students exemplify Vandal Pride and should be recognized for their hard work.

On Tuesday, February 18th, Merrill’s freshman class participated in an exciting, hands-on STEM experience at Delta. The event, designed as a scavenger hunt, engaged students in solving real-world engineering problems. Over two hours, students worked through a series of tasks to build a functioning semiconductor solar power system. By the end of the challenge, each student had successfully constructed a working solar-powered circuit and had the chance to win prizes. This immersive experience highlighted the power of teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation in STEM fields. A big thank you to Delta, Hemlock Semiconductor, and SK Ciltron for providing this incredible opportunity!
