Today, Mr. Tom Yost was the guest speaker in Mr. Seno's Civics and American Studies classes, as well as in Mrs. McGraw's American Studies classes. Mr. Yost is a retired Air Force veteran who was stationed in Kansas during the early 1970s. He worked on the Titan Missile Program and served during the Cold War. He spoke to the classes about his experiences during his time in the service. The classes are currently learning about the Cold War.

February's Student Spotlight Artists are Charlotte Gath and Hope Fitting!
Charlotte is a sophomore who would like to pursue veterinary education. She participates in Band, Art Club, and Drama Club, and volunteers in the Merrill Zoo. Charlotte has many artworks on display, most of which she completed independently at home. These include several drawings as well as a paper note design.
Hope is a senior who will be pursuing a degree in Education. She has taken many art classes during her high school career. Hope participates in sideline and competitive cheer, FANDALS, and student council. In her display, she has various paintings, drawings, and a clay mask.
