Mrs. Zimmerman earned her Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix. She spent most of her career teaching in Arizona and Wisconsin. In 2021 she made the move and planted roots in Michigan. Mrs. Zimmerman has a combined 21 years of teaching special education. She is our current K-3 Special Education Teacher. Her students say her superpower is HELPING. They describe her as nice, funny, and great at public speaking. After beginning her tenure at Merrill she fell in love with the community, the District and the students. She knew she wanted to grow her career in our community. Please help us in congratulating her on accepting the position as Merrill Elementary Principal in the 2022-2023 School Year.
