Today, Mrs. Good took her high school art classes to the Saginaw Children's Zoo to study the animals, their natural habitat, enclosures, and behaviors. This week, they will use today's information to create enrichment sculptures for each animal they studied. If they do everything carefully, they will donate the sculptures to the zoo for the animals to use.

Today our 7th and 8th grade students completed career exploration VR style! Whether performing knee surgery or climbing a tower to re-establish electricity to a town, there were career options for everyone. Thanks to #emerge VR for providing us this opportunity! #wearemerrill

Today, Merrill Community Schools came together to celebrate kindness, confidence, and connection during Affirmation Day! Our Fandals enjoyed lunch with the elementary kids and played with them during recess. All buildings participated in spreading positivity through compliment clothespins and "I am" locker signs, transforming our hallways into walls of encouragement and self-love. Thank you to all the students and staff who made this day even better!
