You're Invited to Kindergarten Camp!

We are so excited to welcome our incoming kindergarteners and their families to Kindergarten Camp on Wednesday, August 13 from 9am-11:30am! This special event is a fun and friendly way for students to explore their new school, meet their teacher, and make new friends—all before the first day!

Who: Incoming Kindergarten Students & Their Parents
When: Wednesday, August 13
Where: Merrill Elementary School, 345 W Alice St.

This event will take the place of our traditional orientation night, so parents will attend with their child. You’ll get a chance to learn more about the kindergarten experience, classroom routines, and how to help your child have a great start to the school year.

Registration paperwork required to attend.
We can't wait to meet our newest learners and kick off an exciting year together!

📣 Big day for our Robotics Team! Today, our amazing team is competing in Florida at the Florida Sunshine Invitational! Not only are they showcasing their innovation and teamwork, but they’re also making a real-world impact with their Beach Cleanup Kits —an initiative they developed and shared with Michigan State Parks and EVERY team competing today. This past weekend, Elijah Fischer threw the shot put a distance of 36 feet 2.5 inches. Jackson Burkett set a new Middle School record in the 200-meter dash, finishing with a time of 25.39 seconds. This year marked the first time in several years that our athletes qualified for the MEGA STARS meet. #WeAreMerrill #VandalPride
